Mislead by the star cast, especially with Khan and Kajol playing the lead pair, and the use of word 'Dilwale' in movie title, if you were expecting anything close Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, it seems you are in for a disappointment.
A trademark Rohit Shetty direction, the trailer has everything from super cars to super explosions. The dialogues are crass and the approach to "comedy" feels dated.
Khan can be seen trotting guns and romancing with Kajol at scenic locations, all the while playing the nostalgia card.
The film also stars Boman Irani, Kabir Bedi and Johnny Lever.
Although the trailer does not give much away in terms of the plotline, Khan and Dhawan seem to be playing brothers, where the former seems to be harbouring a dark past and identity.
We got a first look at the trailer thanks to a tweet from Shah Rukh Khan himself.

In terms of quality, it seems safe to not expect much. The film is made for hardcore Shetty, SRK and Kajol fans, with a bit of everything thrown in the mix.
